1. Concept Note

Last Several Years I am Under Open and Closed Asylum Process because of Troubles I have with American Politics in the Terms of their Corruption and Criminalisation. Considering mine Unique Model of Zero Tolerance on Corruption Development widely Recognized, Accepted, Welcomed, Respected as the Source of Profitability and Returns on Investment in Low Margins Sustainable Development Financing, Overcrowded Finance Markets with Empty Values Investments, and Alternatives Sector Full of Non Loyal Competition in Corruption instead of Leading Human Rights, Living Conditions and Standards Improvements, Social and Civil Societies Contributions.

For Years and Decades I am giving Very Strong Support to EU in Significant Decreasing of Terrorism and Ultra-nationalism in Europe, and in Fight with Economic and Social Crisis. Several Years ago I participated in Relaunching of Partnership for UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals which Visibility and Development you are able see now Clearly Worldwide, unfortunately not so much in Poorest Nations and I am not satisfied with that, keep working on further Implementations and Actions.

Despite obstacles and obstructions of my work I am performing International Humanitarian Activities not for profit avoiding direct Interactions with Politics, performing Cooperation with Administration Institutions and Organizations when needed on Professional Basis.

I was the first one who Warn and Prove about Increasing Corruption Spreading Worldwide by Previous USA Administration followed by World Bank Economists and Experts on that, who was forced, if I remember well, to leave its job position under threats.

I am willing further to share with Europe and other Nations Support in activities I am Performing Successfully trough International Initiatives of World Peace and Tolerance; Hunger and Poverty Fighting; Climate Change and Ecology Initiatives; Social Transformation trough Art, Culture and Science; Rescuing of Pension and Retirement Savings and Funds; Socialization and Decriminalization of Criminalized Groups and Regions; Anti Corruption and Increase of Financial Flows Control; Better Protection and Control of Investments; Costs of Living Adjustments to Better and Quality Living Standards; SME Rescuing from Crisis and Reconstruction; Social, Impact and Ethical Investing; Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism, Crisis Fighting Strategies, etc.

Civil Society Facility and Role of Civil Society

For all this time I was giving strong contribution to all reforms and Transformation of Societies and Economy in all Nations. I develop unique Influence and Reputation and build own Model of Change by Avoiding Politics, Focusing on Key Strategic Issues, Ethics, and Strength in People with experience to Survive Hardest Crisis, starting from my Early Involvement in European Movement to recent implementations of mine Strategies inside of all EU System mainly on Economy Struggling with Recession, Crisis, in Humanitarian, Health and Social Catastrophes.

I am already Empowering Civil Society to fulfill the following key roles:

  • Awareness-raising activities and Creating stronger links to Citizens by reaching out to society as a whole Promoting Awareness of Civil and Legal Rights by the Laws including marginalized groups, Poorest parts of the Societies and grass-root communities;
  • Contributing to enhancing responsible and inclusive leadership in economic and social spheres and provide early warning in case of societal change;
  • Strengthening economic development and create better links with business by promoting ethics, entrepreneurship, social, ecological, scientific innovations and jobs creation.

Promoting of Achieving Sustainable Development, reducing inequalities and preserving the environment and climate for future generations. e.g. I already started with Motivating China Companies to make big Turnouts to Ecology, Ecology. Renewable and Sustainable Solutions.

Promoting of Sustainable Cheap Housing and Financing for Vulnerable groups and minorities, including e.g. Roma settlements, often endure the most due to environmental injustice⁴

Foreign, Security and Defense Policies

Last Decade I give strong contribution inside of EU, UK and International Security and Defense mainly in the field of Decreasing Terrorism. Where I am usually communicating Confidentially with Europol, indirectly through my contact Agent, as well as, through UK Security and Defense.
In the same terms I am approaching to resolving Security and Defense issues at Balkans, East Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia and West, considering its importance for overall European Security and Stability, focusing on Prevention from Terrorism and Corruption.
Through this Action Project we can join our forces in Increasing Cross Border Cooperation for Safety of Citizens and European Governments.

Objective of this Program should be to empower further Civil Society and Supporting Public to move better with reform processes in Order to Achieve Decent Living Standard and Fundamental Rights of all Citizens based on Rule and Guarantees of Law by Ongoing UN Actions for 17 Sustainable Development Goals, Recovering of European Values, Mutually Recognizing Common European Historical and Civilization Achievements, through Science, Culture, Arts and Economic Public Support Contributing to Rescuing from Economic, Health and Climate Crisis, sharing and improving European Security and Stability.

Recovering Nations and Regions Consequences of Decade of Wars, Crisis, Isolation, Destruction, Corruption and Criminalism all Segments of Society with Increased Poverty and Sickness.

Recovering of Unemployment Levels who are usually Bigger than in Official Statistics, Out of Census and National Employment Service Registration, Poor Agricultural Areas affected by Increased Imports and others cheap products based on dumped prices.

Current International ongoing Support on Regional, Cross Border Integration and Cooperation is Vital to Resolve Common Obstacles like Corruption, Absence of Appropriate Environmental and Health Care, Absence of Analysis, Planning and Control in Urban, Rural, Nature and Economy Areas, Standard of Living Adjustments with Income Levels and Overcome Decades of Moral, Cultural, Economic, Agricultural, Legal, Social, Civilization and European System of Values Devastation.

The priorities of this call for proposals are capacity building, monitoring and advocacy in the areas of:

  • Environment and Climate Action in Relation to Natural Capacities are not Fully Used by Administrative Failures and there is Large Space for Collective Involvement;
  • Economic and Social Situation is Legacy of Failed System Transformation and Non Developed Modern Rules Based Capitalism also with Room for Improvement;
  • Followed by Safety and Security Campaigns on Decriminalization and Socialization of the Society.

Sharing of European and Civilization Values based on Understanding of Common History, Culture, Traditions and Heritage is Needed without Media Promotion of Balkanisation Foreign Policy, Geo Political Situations Non Related to the Region and its centuries old Tolerance on Multiculturalism and Multi Religionism, National Ethnic Understanding based on Historical Facts vs Legacy of Crisis Ultra-nationalism with NO History.

Consequences of COVID Pandemic on SME Sector and Climate Change on Citizens, SMEs, Agriculture are far bigger than Official Reports and Statistic are Stating. With Extreme National Debts Crisis, I am helping with Resolutions and Understandings that Cause of it is Intentional Decreasing of Citizens Living Standards and Creation of Crisis from it, by Non Recognizing Legal and Existential Human Rights.

Need of Establishment Support for Basic Functionality in the Area of agriculture are Discipline in Pesticides Consumption, Full Anti Hail Protection, Awareness of Cooperatives for Survival, Productivity, Quality, Health, and Modern Climate Protected Production with Coverage, with Scientific, Planned and Assisted Organized Know How and Finance Support on the Fields.

In all Areas Campaign for ReCreation of Work Ethics, Dignity and Respect of Professions, Dignity of Work Place, Dignity of Jobs Awareness is Needed! And must to be Resolved Collectively with Understanding.

In the SME Sector Protection from Corruption, International Cooperation’s and Regionalisation of Activities, Resolving of Non Payments and Delays Habits, Loans Restructuring and Expansion Support trough Capacity Building is needed and Again must to be Resolved Collectively.
